RESOLVED [99.107] that the Names Council is fully recognized and authorized to fulfill all of its duties and exercise all its powers set forth in the ICANN Bylaws, including the duty to select Directors.
Implementation Actions
- In granting recognition to the DNSO and its various constituencies, the Board placed certain conditions on the approved constituency charters and bylaws regarding membership rules and compliance with the geographic diversity requirements of the ICANN organization.
