- ICANN provided the status of negotiations on 3 July 2001 at: While a draft MOU with Rootserver Operators was created, due to ongoing work surrounding ICANN reform the negotiations did not conclude. The Model MOU is at http://www.icann.org/en/committees/general/statusreport-03jul01dns-root/model-root-server-mou-21jan02.htm.
