URS Recommendation #10 The Working Group recommends that clear, concise, easy-to-understand informational materials should be developed, translated into multiple languages, and published on the URS Providers’ websites to assist Complainants and Respondents in URS proceedings. Such information materials should include, but not be limited to: 1) a uniform set of basic FAQs, 2) links to Complaint, Response, and Appeal forms, and 3) reference materials that explain URS Providers’ services and practices.
