Instructions for Secretariat: 

1. To launch the template go to page:  https://community.icann.org/x/8onbAQ. Template-GNSO Council Meeting Attendance
2. Hit “Click to Start" and, in the next window, enter the date (e.g., 6 June 2012) and that will create a new page using the template.
3. Next you click <Edit Contents> on the top menu bar (do not use <Edit>!). You will notice that the format looks different, but you enter the data the same way as before… The text boxes will auto-expand as you enter content, so don’t be concerned if the fields appear narrow.
4. IMPORTANT: You will see an error message in the Percent column alerting that the {eval-data} macro expression cannot be evaluated. You may IGNORE this warning. As soon as you enter the data and hit the <Save> button, the expressions evaluate properly and the errors disappear! I hope that, in a future Scaffolding version, this problem will be fixed; but, for now, it is only a nuisance and does not affect the operation of the template.
5. Finally, don’t forget to <Save> your page when finished entering the attendance data. (Note: as before, it may help you to either print out the prior meeting report or open it in another window/tab, so that you can easily see the prior cumulative totals).

At the end of each year, please ask the Administrator to complete the following actions:

1. Create the next Year folder (e.g., Year 2013)
2. Revise the Create-Page macro (see: <Create Page> macro embedded on Template-GNSO Council Meeting Attendance) so that all subsequent pages will be placed in that next year folder automatically.
