Dear Jose,
As per our Rules of Procedure:
1.5 For the purposes of voting, an accredited ALS subject to rule 1.1
may vote by proxy
through another accredited ALS provided that the Secretariat is
notified prior to the vote.
1.6 One ALS may receive at the most one proxy vote.
The Trinidad and Tobago Computer Society (TTCS) has 2 representatives
1) Dev Anand Teelucksingh
2) Cintra Sooknanan
With Cintra representing ICTS Trinidad and Tobago during this GA and
the likehood that ISOC TT will be an ALS in LACRALO, I wish to inform
you that Jacqueline Morris will be the 2nd ALS representative for TTCS
for the duration of the ICANN meeting in Costa Rica. However with
Jacqueline Morris' duties in Nomcom, she may be unavailable for some
parts of the LACRALO GA. Hence, if Jacqueline is unable to be present
to represent TTCS in the GA, I hereby nominate Lance Hinds of DEVNET
(Guyana) to vote as TTCS proxy in this LACRALO GA session during the
ICANN meeting in Costa Rica.
