What our Rules of Procedure says about proxies
1.5 For the purposes of voting, an accredited ALS subject to rule 1.1 may vote by proxy
through another accredited ALS provided that the Secretariat is notified prior to the vote.
1.6 One ALS may receive at the most one proxy vote.
