The objective of this activity is to create a regional institutional strategy for the LACRALO Board of Directors. In 2018, the New Operating Principles of LACRALO were approved.
In these The Principles incorporate two new positions are created : President elect and Secretary elect as well as a new entity to encourage collective participation and decision making in the region: The Board of Directors of LACRALO. The Board provides a framework to a new concept of leadership, which is different from an individual and isolated model. The new vision will encourage members to become part of a collective subject in the community, committed with the principles of the region.
