  • Metric X.Y (IAG-Illustrative Example): this form was completed by Staff to illustrate the type types of contents content that were intended for each field. This form is not editable. 
• Report of All Consumer Metrics: this report shows several key fields for each of the 70 metrics (sorted in metric number order) and is not editable.
