A mentorship program has been prepared and The AFRALO Mentorship program consists of 8 groups have been formed ( taking into account the their language and the diversity). Mentors will be current and former AFRALO leaders and experienced members as well as some volunteers. Each group is composed of 4 mentees. 6 groups have 2 mentors each, and 2 groups have only one mentor.
