- respect the provisions of the rules and guidelines of the CROPP programs for the current fiscal year (FY17)
- Each approved trip should be assessed by the traveller at the latest 3 weeks after returning. This assessment should show how the objectives that the traveller had promised to achieve were met.

Following the positive advice from AFRALO, ALAC accredited two new ALS: INTIC4DEV (Institute of ICT for development) of Togo and Internet Society Chapter Ghana based in Accra. Furthermore, AFRALO gave positive advice for the accreditation of a new request from the Forum on governance of the Internet in Benin.
