Definition of the threshold Parameters:

1. Active:
   1. Participation in at least 2 meetings or more each 3 months  3 Contribution or more
   2. Making at least 3 Contributions each 6 months
   3. 2 Vote in the last Voting in at least 2 of the last 4 consecutive electionspolls
   4. submission of at least 2 local activity Reports in or more each 6 months
      
2. Less active:
   1. Participation in 1 meeting or more each 3 months
      
   2. 2 Contribution or more Making at least 2 Contributions each 6 months
   3. 1 Vote in the last 4 consecutive elections
   4. Voting in at least 1 of the last 4 consecutive polls
   5. Submission of at least 1 local activity Report in each 6 months
3. Standby:
   1. Participation in less than “ac” meeting each “b”No participation in meetings during 3 months
   2.  Less than 1 Contribution 2 Contributions each 6 months
   3. Less than 0 No Vote in the last 4 consecutive electionspolls
   4. 0 No local activity Reports Report in 6 months the last 6 months

Example:  
To be active, an ALS must

• participate in 2 meetings or more each 3 months or make 3 contributions or more each 6 month
  and
• vote in 2 of the last 4 consecutive polls
  and
• provide 2 local activity reports (or more) each 6 months
