Decisions:
- Going Forward Proposal – Several modifications were agreed to during the call:
- Participants can submit more than one issue, but if they do so they need to prioritize these (1, 2, 3, etc.)
- All issues to be considered should have a proposed solution
- Issues can be sent to the email list or input on the Google sheet
- Those who see their issue/solution proposed by another participant can simply post that they support that issue statement.
- Issues should be posted by 23:59 Monday 23 August
- As per previous requirements, issues and solutions need to be presented succinctly.
Action Items:
- GS – Post amended way forward process to list ASAP and ask all participants to submit issues per deadline.
- GS and Staff – sort the issues list on Tuesday 22 August in preparation for 23 August meeting.
Requests:
- Everyone should submit the issues they wish discussed on the Wednesday 23 August call by 23:59 Monday 21 August.
