- Heidi to invite the Chair of the Public Participation Committee to speak to At-Large during the discussion on the 2012-2015 Strategic Plan in Dakar.
- Staff to send an email to the RALOS and ask them to start to work on coming to Dakar with specific, long-term strategic plan for outreach, with aim of getting funded. It should include metrics (e.g., one ALS per country).
